It is essential that you review and understand the booking terms presented here. These terms form a legally binding contract between you and "Ban Trips," referred to as such in this agreement. All advertisements and promotions for adventure activities are conducted under the “Ban Trips” brand name.
Liability Disclaimer and Acknowledgment of Risks:
As a tour operator, Ban Trips conducts activities in areas where accommodation, transportation, safety, hygiene, medical facilities, and other infrastructure standards may sometimes fall below typical expectations. Please consider this when making a booking. Our activities, particularly those involving remote or hazardous wilderness areas, involve risks such as injury, trauma, illness, property loss, inconvenience, and discomfort. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these associated risks to the fullest extent permitted by law. When booking with us, you confirm that your decision to participate in our activities was made after considering all relevant information provided at any time, and you voluntarily assume the risks associated with the activities.
While Ban Trips is committed to delivering services with care and expertise, we are not responsible for the actions of others, including guides and providers of transport and accommodation.
This includes any loss, damage, or expense (including loss of prepaid funds) you may incur as a result of these actions.
Additionally, Ban Trips is not liable for clients' violations of laws in any area visited.
Any independent arrangements you make that are not part of a Ban Trips experience are entirely at your own risk.
We are not liable for any loss or damage, regardless of cause (including negligence).
Pricing:
Our prices are determined based on the costs outlined in Ban Trips' specific advertisements. Ban Trips reserves the right to adjust prices until full payment for your experience is completed. Dates, prices, and tour programs are subject to change and do not include travel costs, insurance, or personal purchases during the trip.
Trip Leader’s Authority:
During all activities, the decision of the trip leader, guide, or representative of Ban Trips is the final authority on all matters likely to affect the safety and well-being of the experience or activity. Strict adherence to the laws, customs, guidelines, or regulations of all visited locations is mandatory. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate expulsion from the experience or activity without entitlement to a refund. All subsequent travel arrangements will then be at your own expense.
Age Restrictions:
Individuals under the age of 18 cannot independently book any activities. They must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Ban Trips reserves the right to refuse participation to any minor deemed unsuitable for a particular activity.
